I had a wonderful stay in this hotel with an unbeatable location that made exploring Beijing a breeze. The rooms offered incredible views and were spacious and clean, which was a real plus. The services were mostly great, especially the laundry and housekeeping, but my dining experience was quite disappointing. While the lounge and bar had a stunning atmosphere, other dining options fell short and felt overpriced. Overall, this hotel has potential, but some aspects need improvement.

I had an incredible stay at Shangri-La China World. The rooms are spacious with stunning views, and the service was top-notch. I loved the complimentary breakfast and the loyalty program benefits. However, the no-smoking policy means a trek outside for a smoke break, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, a luxurious and comfortable experience!

Staying at this hotel was an absolutely delightful experience! The views are simply magnificent, especially from the higher floors, and the service was both attentive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was a real treat, offering a great variety, although the dining on the 80th floor provided an exceptional fine dining experience. While I found the pricing on the higher side, the quality and services offered made it worth every cent. The only downside was the language barrier with some of the staff, but that didn’t overshadow the fantastic time we had.

Staying at this hotel was truly a memorable experience. The views from our Grand Premier Room were stunning, overlooking the iconic CCTV building. The service was exceptional, with the staff anticipating our needs without us even asking.
